Tutorials

All UmiVPN tutorials and guides for download, install, and everyday use.

• Install Windows Service

TUN mode on Windows requires a system service. If connecting fails with a service error, follow these steps.

• Add Direct Apps on Android

Apps in the Direct app set bypass UmiVPN (split tunnel). Add apps that do not need VPN protection for better performance and battery life.

• Add Whitelist Apps on Android

In Whitelist mode, only selected apps go through UmiVPN; all other apps stay direct. Add the apps that should use the VPN.

• How to Upload Logs

If support asks for logs, upload them from the app so we can diagnose connection or stability issues.
